If using a wireless connection, check that the wireless feature on your computer or device is turned on, and make sure the device is not too far away from the router.
If connected with a cable, make sure the cable between your computer or device and the router is securely connected.
If your wireless connection settings (wireless network name or password) have recently changed, reconnect the device using the new settings.
