Status Tab / Gateway

The Gateway screen on the Status Tab displays information about the Gateway and its current settings. The on screen information will vary depending on the Internet Connection Type you use.

Click the Refresh button to update the data displayed on screen.

Gateway Information	Firmware Version This is the Gateway current firmware. MAC Address This is the Gateway MAC Address, as seen by your ISP. Current Time This shows the time, based on the time zone you selected on the Setup Tab.
Internet Connection	Login Type This indicates the type of Internet connection you are using. Interface The Gateway Internet Interface is displayed here. IP Address The Gateway Internet IP Address is displayed here. Subnet Mask This Subnet Mask is associated with the IP address above. Default Gateway This is your ISP's Gateway. DNS1-3 Shown here are the DNS (Domain Name System) IP addresses currently used by this Gateway. WINS Shown here are the WINS (Windows Internet Naming Service) IP addresses currently used by this Gateway.
DHCP Release / Disconnect	DHCP Release / Disconnect Clicking this button will Release (Login Type: DHCP) or Disconnect (Login Type: PPPoE) those PCs are utilizing the Gateway as a DHCP server.
DHCP Renew / Connect	DHCP Renew / Connect Clicking this button will Renew (Login Type: DHCP) or Connect (Login Type: PPPoE) those PCs are utilizing the Gateway as a DHCP server.
