Application and Gaming Tab / QoS
The QoS feature allows you specify priorities for different
traffic. Lower priority traffic will be slowed down to allow greater
throughput or less delay for high priority traffic.

the default setting, Disable. To enable QoS (Quality of
Service), follow these instructions: |

Select the desired option:
- High priority
- Medium priority
- Low priority
HTTP
Select the desired option:
- High priority
- Medium priority
- Low priority
Telnet
Select the desired option:
- High priority
- Medium priority
- Low priority
SMTP
Select the desired option:
- High priority
- Medium priority
- Low priority
POP3
Select the desired option:
- High priority
- Medium priority
- Low priority
Specific Port
This allows you to define your own
applications and assign a priority to them. Generally, it is
better to define high priority applications rather than low
priority applications. For each application you wish to
define, enter the following:
- Port - enter the port number used by the application.
- Priority - select High, Medium, or Low as desired.
