Restrict Access

By using the Restrict Access screen, you can configure the Router to block specific internal users from accessing the Internet. You can set up different filters for different users based on their IP addresses, MAC addresses, time and days, services, URL, and website keywords.

Internet Access Policy Select the number of the policy from the drop-down menu you want to view, edit, or delete.
DeletePress this button to delete a policy you choose in the Internet Access Policy drop-down menu.
SummaryPress the Summary button to see a summary of all policies. In the summary, you can view all the Policy Name, Days, and Time of Days.  To delete the policy, press the Delete button.
Enter Policy Name Enter an arbitrary name for the policy you are setting up.
PCs: Edit ListClick Edit List to enter the Mac Address, IP address, or MAC address you want to control in this policy.
Deny/Allow During selected days and time, you can specify if the user can access the Internet or deny the internet at a specific time and day.
DaysSet the days you want the policy to Deny or Allow.
Time Set the time you want the policy to Deny or Allow.
Blocked ServicesYou can specify services you want to blocked.  Click on the drop-down option to select services pre-configured or created in Add/Edit Services  button.
Add/Edit ServicesYou can Add, Modify, or delete services added. The Service Name is the service name you chose.  Protocol is UDP, TCP, or ICMP.  Port range is a range of services you want to use. On the right side, you will see a list of pre-defined or created services.
Website Block by URL AddressEnter the URL you want to block for getting access.
Web blocking by Keyword.  Enter a keyword to block based on URL you entered.
