DMZ
The DMZ Host setting can allow one local PC to be exposed to the
Internet. If a local user wishes to use some special-purpose application
such as an Internet game or video-conferencing, Enable DMZ by selecting
Enabled. DMZ, fill in the IP
address, and click the Save Settings button. Select
Disabled for DMZ, deactivates this
feature. When enabling this
setting, the Router firewall protection of the local DMZ host
will be disabled.
DMZ Host Address- Select
Assigned by DMZ port- Port 4 is a special port that can be used for DMZ. When this is selected, it will automatically come DMZ and use the IP address assigned to the PC connected to Port 4.
Specify an IP Address behind the DMZ port- If you have port 4 uplinked to another hub with multiple machine, select the IP address you want to be set for DMZ. You can only select one computer.
Specify a MAC Address behind DMZ port- If you have Port 4 unlinked to another hub, with multiple machine, select the MAC address you want to set for DMZ.
Current DMZ Host shows the IP address of the computer that is set for DMZ.
