VPN Client Access
Administrators can use this page to
configure VPN Usernames and Passwords. These settings will work with the Linksys
Quick VPN client only.
RV082 supports up to 15 QuickVPN Clients.
VPN Client Users
You can configure a new users
Username, Password, Password Change control, and Status from this section.
Username: Enter the new Username here.
New Password: Enter the new
password here.
Confirm New Password: Re-enter the new password here.
Change Password Allowed: You can give the user the ability to change
his/her password by clicking either Yes or No.
Active: Click the checkbox to
make the new User active.
Add to List: Click this
button to add the new User(s) to the Active VPN Client list.
Delete selected users: Select
the user, and click the Delete selected users button can delete the selected
user.
Click the Save Settings
button to save the settings, click the Cancel Changes button to undo
your changes, click the Show Tables to see the details.
When you click Save
Settings button for FIRST configuration of VPN Client, the confirm message
will be pop-out to inquire you about changing LAN IP Address if the current LAN
IP address is still the default 192.168.1.x. You can choose Yes to change LAN IP
Address to avoid IP conflict if VPN Client is also using 192.168.1.x. The new
LAN IP Address will be shown in the confirm message. Otherwise, you can choose
No, so the LAN IP Address will not be changed automatically. But when IP
conflict, the VPN Client will not be allowed to connect to RV082.
